Advilink provides live cost and scope control for M&A diligence. This page explains how we handle personal data and cookies on our marketing site. For product/account data, contact us at chris@advilink.com.
Cookies & analytics
We use PostHog (EU region) to understand how visitors use this site. On this site, PostHog loads in a cookieless mode and captures nothing until you accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
- Necessary — records your cookie choice (always active).
- Analytics — pageviews, clicks, navigation and heatmaps.
- Session recording — replays of site navigation; all form inputs are masked.
Session replays and heatmaps always mask the contents of form fields. When you submit the waitlist or contact form, we link the email address you give us to your onboarding events in PostHog, so we can understand how our funnel converts and stay in touch about early access. We do not use this to capture the free-text body of your message.
Legal basis, retention & your rights
- Legal basis. Site analytics and session recording run on your consent (the cookie banner). Linking your email to waitlist and contact events runs on our legitimate interest in operating early access and communicating with you about it.
- Processors & location. Analytics are processed by PostHog in the EU region — not transferred outside the EU/UK. We also use a transactional email provider to reply to you.
- Retention. We keep analytics and waitlist/contact data only as long as needed for these purposes, and delete it on request.
- Your rights. You can ask us to access or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing chris@advilink.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
